Welcome to the Grandview Heights Homeowners' Association's website. Grandview Heights is a premier lake community located in north Crestview. Established in the late 1970's, Grandview Heights is the only organized community in the Crestview area where over 170 families enjoy the "country-feel" of living on one-acre+ homesites within easy access to the City of Crestview. Several of our homeowners have lived in the community since its inception; and because the community was developed over the course of several years, our homesites are not "cookie-cutter" - residences reflect the individual styles of our homeowners making the community a very desirable community in which to live.  

Residents have access to four lakes within the community for fishing or water activities, a boat ramp for non-motorized boat launches, a community park complete with BBQ grills, and several miles of quiet roads for biking and walking. The park is available for reservation by residents for special events such as outdoor weddings and family reunions. A wide variety of waterfowl and other small wildlife are enjoyed by our residents, adding to the country feel that our families call home.
